We undertake Legal Aid work of all types, as well as privately paid work for clients who may not qualify for Legal Aid. Clients who receive certain benefits such as Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance or Working Families Tax Credit would qualify automatically for certain types of legal aid on financial grounds. Others on different types of benefit or low income may still qualify, although perhaps subject to a contribution, which would normally be paid by installments. Please also let us have brief details of the problem for which you may be seeking legal aid so that we can identify which type of legal aid would be appropriate.
