Legal Aid

We undertake Legal Aid work.

Clients who receive certain benefits such as Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance or Working Families Tax Credit qualify automatically for certain types of Legal Aid on financial grounds. Others on different types of benefit or low income may still qualify, although perhaps subject to a contribution, which would normally be paid by installments.
